Very appealing drawing and coloring. But very little is actually animated. Good animation requires moving more than just lips and eyelids. Need to move the whole head, and whole body. Google "12 Principles of Animation". (been saying this to a lot of entries this month).

Cool character design! Try to play more with expression for the character with blue hair... move the eyebrows, change the mouth... this will really help get the emotion across.
