Lip sync is not matching on a lot of parts. Drawing is beautiful. Try recording yourself speaking the line and use it as a ref for your mouth shapes.

It's too bad the movements are a bit choppy and stiff, because the characters and art style are gorgeous! Definitely don't be scared to add more movements to your animations, it would turn out amazing with the look they already have!

This is such a beautiful style (of art and animation!)!!! My critique is to smooth out a couple of the larger movements, most notably when the lady brings her hand up to point up and maybe a little when she fans her arms open wide. I think one more inbetween plus one or two frames of follow through, especially for the point-up movement. If she goes up high then comes back down just a hair one frame later, it might help sell the quick movement. Overall I really like this piece, fantastic job!
