The animation fluctuates between fluidity and rough/unfinished keyframe holds, so I'm assuming the animator ran out of time.
I will give the animator credit for making what's essentially a crude/awkward moment and depicting it tastefully,

8 stars due to the loving of the drawn char's....wow, and i think i know who this is....[ could be wrong, heh]...anyways, gave this a big 8 stars , even tho it is of limited animation frames, as near a storyboard animated,,,,,anyways, thanks heaps for submitting this whoever u are....and do keep submitting for sure, as u have the timing and the arc's and the gestures of the char's correct from my perspective ,,,,,,
