I really like the character you chose. Using a bird instead of a human adds a unique touch. However, adding more detail to the facial expressions could enhance the animation further. I'm not sure if you used reference footage of yourself, but trying that could help you capture more subtle details in the character’s face. It would bring even more life and personality to your animation.
