Uneven and rough in places (pun not intended)
I think it's fine to have a character and "mouth hatch" like TV, but there should also be diverting things like blinks or hair movement to sell the idea.

Audio isn't matching the animation

Cool designs . It's a little off sync , but I think it's better for you to keep onscreen the characters who are making the noises . Needs better shot / framing .
