This was done by a group of students in their first ever animation class.

Hulk cameo aside, the animation of the character giving advice seems really tired and boring. I suggest adding more emotion in the face, even if it's just a few blinks or eyebrow movements here and there - every bit counts.

Fun idea but a lot of floating motion. Tie things down and get the action purposeful and punchy.
