Smooth animation, but the timing for key poses feels late. Also there doesn't seem to be any lip shapes for the harder consonants.

I think you need to offset some of his motion. In that all of his body parts arrive at the poses almost uniformly. It looks weird. If you offset the arrival a bit I think it would look better. Otherwise it looks pretty good.
