You, even animated the spits off his mouth, when he says "..important"
You created the effect of a wide angle lens foreshortening of the hands in 2D..! Its so difficult to manage and maintain the perspective and volume at the same time.
Incredible hand drawn entry this is. Hats-off to you.

My only concern is the speaker makes too much movement, seems like he does something on every single accent and it seems a bit off.

Nice, coloured work would've made it even nicer
