it should be: You should never make important decisions while you are totally drunk ;). Hold or cushion your drawings sometimes. It would be less floaty. Despite of that: Respect.

The two characters are fighting for the viewer's attention. Focus on one at a time.

I especially like the animation of the character with a bird at the beginning of the animation, but the other character feels very over-animated. Was this rotoscoped? You should be careful to keep character proportions consistent.
