Diggin the scene, but the GUY line is being fed to a female and the lip sync seems off.

Decent lip sync, but the figures' movements made them seem like puppets on string.

If the clip allows it, I think you should only focus on one character. Shoot video reference. Make notes, sketches. Lock down your key poses first.

This animation needs a lot of work. It is lacking the funamentals. I would advise you to go watch some videos on the internet or go to your local bookstore and see if you can find anything on animation. Good luck!
