Its difficult to see the animation because the camera is so far away!

Pretty good. Lip sync was okay, but work on character and set design.

Your main speaking character is too far away! Try adjusting your camera to show off his speech more.

Animations wasn't too bad. would have been much better if there was more reaction from the little girl character and the guy character should move more realistic then he does.

Try searching about the animation principle "staging" and while you are at it, take a look at all 12 of them, I think they will help you a lot.
