Read sth about fundamentals. For example Animators Survival Kit. It helped me a lot.

Add some pauses in here, he's too floaty.

A little work on the lip sync, plus the figure's movement seemed to be a bit wavy, not concise. And work on giving your figures more character. Also, set design and background isn't required, but it helps a lot.
