When he recoils at frame 142, he is moving his entire body and the same time, a little overlap would help a lot there.

I like the story here, although I think he should be talking to a secondary character, like someone who has family trapped within the blaze when he says 'I won't fail you' and then turn to the blaze and say 'I'm not afraid' Still, this is great :)
