this is amazing! i just feel the beginning lip sync is a little off and if you were to make the mouth clearer for "I'm am not afraid" and hold the mouth open longer for the second a in "afriad" would make this piece perrrfect! and also just come in on the camera closer and faster for the bee, before his line and not tilt the camera till closer to his second line.

ps. love the glasses touch too, when he adjust them before holding the fly swatter !

niice. one of the few to have a concept that makes sense out of the line. and great animation to boot!

I do think you could work on the lip sync for the guy. I don't know if it's just the sync in the upload/player(except that the sync on the fly seems fine), but regardless, it does seem like you pop between some pretty extreme shapes and could stand to 'phrase' the sync a bit more. Framing through it seems like you've added some shapes you don't need and end up doing some weird things. For instance where he's saying "I'm not afraid", the "I'm" looks almost like it's being played in reverse, opening from a small tight mouth shape and popping out wider almost like he's whistling.

Nice idea and really great rendering. The lip sync was off a touch, making it feel like the voice of the dad wasn't coming from the actual character, so that bit could use a little more work. Overall nice job.
