camera anim is a little confusing, as I thought the guy standing up was the one talking at first as the camera was centered-ish on him. Good anim :)

Nice touch with the third character.

The camera moves around unnecessarily way too much, and there is a lot of empty dead space in your staging. Also the first guy's eyes are floating and looking into all sorts of directions rather than at the second guy.
