In this scene we can see character 1 showing braveness telling character 2 that he's not afraid of going inside the door. His bravery will last no longer when character 2 threats him by telling him that if he do it, he'll be afraid.

Very good start so far.
Work on the lip sinc. a bit more. The turn around is a bit to smooth.
The old man's animation needs quite a bit of work. Its to pose-to-pose right now. Remember your slow ins and slow outs with him. You seem to have a good grasp on your principles with the main guy. Reflect them more on the older man.
