Good animation on the first guy, but not up to par on the second one. I would give him way more facial animation/expression. He does'nt appear to be alive. And the way he looks in the end seems odd.

Not sure if this matters for the competition (although it does to me) the materials used on the different characters really throws off the connection between the shots. Decent animation overall.

Lip sinc needs a lot of improvement for the first guy.
I'm not sure what the other guy is looking at during the second "you will be". If he's looking at the art then I'd have him turn his head slowly looking at all the pieces on the wall.

Move his eyes before his head moves and add a blink. Otherwise I thought you did a REALLY good job.

Little jerky in spots and the lip sync is pretty raw. But. . . I have seen a lot worse. Keep it up!

Lacks fundamentals

Not bad, but the framing of the first shot could be better. The old man and his chair takes up so much space when he doesn't actually do anything, and the young man gets squished to the side. The rule of thirds would work well for this scene. Also, watch the twinning of the young man's hands. And it's not very clear where the old man is looking at in the second shot.
