Two painters are working on a job to paint a window-frame, the apprentice's job is to hold the ladder sturdy for his boss while he paints.

not to be mean but there isn't really any animation and the lip-syncing, you can't tell if its moving

The swaying of the arms is a distraction, and more scene detail would probably help in the message you are trying to project.
