Not bad on the facial animation, though the character is very stiff. The head/body/arm should all move at least somewhat.

Kind of an early stage animatic quality.

The framing is not good. The first shot makes it look like a decapitated head is speaking, and we cannot even see that he is holding a photo in his hand. There isn't any body animation aside from some head shaking. Study the basics and keep practising.
