Looks ok, and could be a lot better with some polish. Watch the arcs on the old guys movements. They are very linear and stiff. With some ease in and out + secondary animation this could be good.

Even I'm afraid now, great ending! Try to not be so obvious with your posing. You don't need to point someone to say "you". Try to work a little extra on your overlapping and timing!
