The movement in the beginning was to big. A lot of the times less is more in animating.
Fix the hands.
The lip sinc is off.

Wowa. IK/FK war going on in the arm holding the gun. Good effort though.

Missing a lot of skin (obviously). Looks like you didn't have enough time, or started late!

Very very floaty. Consider blocking your main story poses in stepped before splining. My major problem with this however is that the pupils are hardly visible on the last part.
