In the beginning during the "I won't fail you" He's not moving. You can never stand completely still. There are some subtle movements you can add to fix that.
"Floaty cams are RARELY a good thing. I'd suggest you remove the camera movement at frame 48 to a cut to the position at frame 162.
Just like the student, keep the "coach" (im assuming) from being completely still. Also, I'd slow down the turn around.
