You have a few good poses, but they move very linearly. It would also be helpful if both characters blinked a bit more.

Animation seems a bit floaty.

Apart from everything else like the slow and linear movement of the body, im only going to comment on the Facial expressions, especially the eyes, There are close to zero facial animations to express the character's feelings. and the eyes are hardly moving at all. I think its better to act it out yourself or ask a friend to help you and take a video acting it out and use the video as reference. Keep trying! And Good-job for putting the effort. Keep on trying you will get there.
