The main thing I would improve is the part where the second character throws the ball. Instead of pivoting the arm like you would
in an underhand throw, it looks like he just pushes the ball out of his hand.

Your animation looks great but the thing that got me was when the character was throwing the ball, it honestly doesn't look very realistic. One way you could fix this is to watch videos of people throwing balls or film yourself throwing one. If there is anything I've learned from animation, it is that real life examples help out tremendously!

The body movements on the first character are in the right area, but right now, both characters are very floaty. I'd check your timing and spacing before doing any more facial stuff (the lip sync was pretty loose as well). Keep at it!
