You have spot on lip sync for these kinds of characters, but their bodies don't move at all. Most of the emotion in a scene like this will come from body movement. For example, giving some anticipation before the guy knocks over the trash can will help immensely. Keep at it!

I definitely found this funny, from the out of control worker in the background and the almost petty way the boss knocked over the trash. The characters need more facial expressions and to react to the other speaker though.
