Could be a lot more expressive and the lips don't always match

It's a bit stiff. Might want to think about adding some holds, slow ins and slow outs. Break up the hand movements and add some finger movements. Add some more facial expressions. Keep going!

Almost there. He needs more motion between his main gestures. He stops dead quite often and feels quite stiff. The constraint on the paper doesn't seem to be working and that was distracting.
