lack of anticipation and overshoot frames make this feel very stiff.
More body leaning and general movement would also help a lot!

Expressions don't really match up here. Good understanding of the rig, but really draw out the poses so they're clearly matching the dialogue.

The lack of scene and emotion doesn't give the animation context as to what's happening. Elbow joints are sharp and there is no movement beside head and arms
