movement too static and slow.learn more about spacing and the basics before approaching acting shot.

There she is! I see you're doing puppet animation. Distort your puppet more and use reference for the lip sync so you can get those mouth shapes right. The puppet needs to be at least breathing at all times so it can look alive. The throw at 248 is a good start but reference will help immensely. A different drawing, or in this case puppet pose, every two frames at least is a must.
