the movement between poses seems stiff, try staggering your keyframes down the limbs, and make sure you have anticipation and overshoot! Some of the poses also lacked clear emphasis, try shooting reference of yourself acting it out, and really think about what your character is thinking/feeling, and how you can really build up and portray that!

I see a lot of sliding and bouncing distortion-wise. Make sure to move the clavicles and spine along with those so we feel like the character is bouncing instead of the model, if that makes sense. Reference helps!

The motion blur hides the squash and stretch effect which is a shame. But her lively movement and expressions make up for it! What a chonky frog ^q^
