3D characters need to move a little bit more than this, even when sitting still, to look natural. Very lovely expressions.

Awesome! The arms look like they're twinning in the beginning, and the fist pose looks a little stiff. I'd try reducing the distance between her and the bed so it doesn't feel like she's leaning her elbows on thin air.
