I like the shot composition of your animation. It leads the audience's eye through the thought bubble and flashback while the character moves from the left to the right.
However, I think it's distracting that the hair and face move separately from each other. The hair's movement won't always match the head's because of follow-through. However, the hair is rooted in the head. So when the head starts to move or rotate, so should the hair. There were a few frames between 280 and 298 where the face rotated but the hair remained static.
