I love the way you animated the hair because it creates a really interesting secondary action for your character's emoting. It compliments the emotion shown without distracting from the performance. I also really like how the character morphs appearance to look younger when they start their story about their childhood. It kept me engaged for what sounds like the beginning of a "back in my day" speech.
In terms of critique, I would have loved to see the hair animated throughout because it adds a nice texture to your animation. And I feel like the last shot could use more breakdown poses when they gesture to the phone. However, I understand time constraints. Nice work!
