I think you have a nice set up for the scene. I would recommend adding more props to the environment to make your story clear. From your animation, it’s not very clear why the person in the white shirt “is not real.” I would recommend bringing up the shoulders between frames 219 - 224 to achieve a more relaxed pose. I like the motion at frame 147. Nice work!

This is really solid work! The arm motions look really smooth, but careful with the finger lock pose, there's some rotation in the wrist that's making the fingers clip and wiggle around. The head also seems a bit jittery towards the end. Also, one thing that could help add realism would be his tie swinging forward as he leans in. Overall great work, especially on the lip sync.
