I find the timing comedic, but I would add to the hand and right arm movement. You have a more simple character model and rig which can bring attention to the limited movement. I feel like with how exaggerated the movement is, it would make sense for there to be more follow through or overlapping movement in the other limbs. Lastly, I think it's a little hard to read the emotion of the character talking, because they don't really make any expressions that work with the body movement.
