Wow!! I felt every bit of weight in the characters movements into its incredible! Really awesome work!

The ghost character's acting is great and has smooth movements! Everything felt natural. However, I suggest animating the living guy beyond blinks. Maybe have him react to the touch of the ghost if he sees him. If the character can not see the ghost, then have him look down at the ground and back up again at his environment.
