You have the right idea with some of your general movements and the lip sync is looking pretty good here! However, a lot of your animation is very select individual parts of the body moving on its own. Fluid animation should rely on the entire body and rig moving in tandem to really sell the livelihood of the character. It feels very jarring for an audience to watch a character move only their jaw or just their arms while the rest of their body stays perfectly still.
