For the first scene, I would suggest having the character on the left side of the screen instead of the right, because when it switches to the second scene, he's on the left and a different character is on the right. Some of the acting choices seemed a little generic like with the character putting his face on his hands in shock. Focus on adding more movement to the lower body. Even when we aren't moving our legs, we're shifting our weight, but the lower bodies are both frozen for these characters.
