In the second shot, the character's left hand pose remains there for the entire shot. I would change that up at a certain point. And why does the arm that the character is eating simply disappears? Also, both reactions at the end happen at the same time so it makes it hard to read them individually. I would delay the character who turns into a bat a few frames and allow the viewer to first see the right character's reaction.

I like vampires, but the animation could use some improvement like the lip sync, hand movement of the long-haired vampire, and the visual drop of the severed arm. Still, the ending was funny and perfect for something like this. I can imagine vampires turning into bats for many reasons. Good job on being creative with that!
