My First Day on the Job

Description
This animation took about half a week. I started with planning and video references, then blocked dynamic poses, refined timing and spacing, and polished the curves for a smooth finish. I hope you enjoy it!

Definitely incredible work! The characters move organically and I love the pacing throughout the scene.

There are a few pops going on in your animation. Without an ease in or out of it to support a quick motion, it will look incorrect. Lip sync needs improving. It's a bit floaty. Remember all animation goes back to the fundamentals. Think of the "bouncy ball" exercise.
