The character on the left is not talking beside the Twig character in the beginning, instead he looks like he is talking to someone off-screen. The wrist of the larger character seems to be bent awkwardly and should be fixed.

I would recommend going back to the basics with a "bouncing ball" and "flour sack" animation exercises before attempting character animation.
