I think the setup is nice! Good staging! However, I feel the one sitting down is moving too much when the other one is speaking. You don't want distractions when you're trying to focus on one character at a time. Also, I don't see any drag to the motions of the arms or ease in and outs. You do have some secondary motion at the beginning with whatever is in the had of the first character talking, but I would have added more secondary motion throughout somehow. Maybe with the hair.
