Disappointment

I really like the attention to detail that you put into the lower body for your walk cycle, however the upper body performance of your characters is very stiff in comparison. Remember, all of the body has to follow with the action, not just the main part where the action is coming from. Additionally, you do a good job of conveying emotion with your character's masks but the lack of consonants in your dialogue is drawing a away that part of your animation.

I think utilizing reference footage would have helped a lot here, the posing looks very stiff and action figure-like. Having real-life examples of these poses and movements would help the animation look much more natural.
