Lip syncing is poor. Frame 80 onwards you can tell he's not actually talking. frame 345 onwards the lip syncing doesn't match the sound clip. Also you need to fix the rigging for your arm because it spazzes at frames 96 and 309.

Camera visible at the start, elbow pops randomly during the clip and arm IK pops at the end of the clip also.
