The lip sync seems hurried, as do all the motions and gestures. I'm not particularly sure what the sleeping person is there for.

what is going on? I don't understand the story. The animation seems to be going in the right direction but I can't be sure without understanding what is going on.

The moth sync at the beginning is a little off.

so i guess he is acting out for the dialogue. it would be much clearer if you have added a camera in the scene so that it feels like he is recording his acting. nice idea though..
