Try to find other gesture than "the point", it's a cliché gesture, I would add a breakdown frame 108, everything move at the same time. I'm sure you can find other intersting way to tell the story.

Lip synch does not seem to quite match up, especially around frame 136 onwards. His mouth is open from his reaction to the other person speaking, but it seems it stays open as he goes into saying "no" - it should close a little more for "n" sound.

A lot of the poses were great! I think adjusting the timing to fit with the audio a little more closely would benefit this animation the most.
