The animation is great, but the lip sync seems off by a couple frames. Try to have your mouth shapes hit 2 frames sooner and make sure you push those ps,bs, and ms so the audience feels the pops.

I love that, I can actually feel the characters thinking, especially when he glanced at his friend coming down. Nice moving holds too. Just watch the lipsync. Around frame 255 you start to early.
