Nice! I think what would be really helpful here is to have some camera changes, to kind of break up the scene and make it look more interesting. Nice work!

Too stiff. Try act it out yourself or be sure to animate every controller at some point, as humans are never 100% still.
Especially the spine on the guy to the right.
