The animation is really nice, especially on the facial expressions. It looks like it still needs to be finished (the main character needs hair or a finished head). Adding a few more details in the first shot would be a good idea, it's the first thing the viewer sees and then it wouldn't stand out from the rest of the animation. Overall the animation is looking nice,
