Lip sync is off from the words, makes it distracting listening with the dialogue. The arm swings at the end are both very quick and very large arches, I recommend slowing them down and making the poses clearer.

So...some of the textures are not there. The movement is nice in parts though. mouth movement is off. the one on the right, his arm moves too fast and in an unnatural way. Same with the other guy right at the end. overall the story is not clear, and is not really there.
