Staging and animation is very nice. The characters move fluidly and show clear expressions. Their hands are also nicely animated, matching their expressions. If I had a critique, I would recommend improving the skeleton's animation at the end. He appears too stiff and stands out from the rest of the animation.

the movement needs to be quicker on the fights back part. when he gets scared.
